Meet the next round of GroVia Content Creators!

July 18, 2017 2 min read

We are proud to formally introduce our new GroVia Content Creators for Q3!

Content Creators is a social media outreach initiative designed to complement GroVia’s curated social media content through user-generated content created by individuals who exemplify the diversity of the real families using GroVia products in their homes and on their babies. Basically, these are diehard GroVia-loving families who will be giving our fans a peek into their lives using their public social media platforms.

Kimberly Kalani

Kimberly Kalani is an Air Force wife and mom to 13-month-old twin girls. Kimberly was born and raised in California, but the Kalanis are a two-mom military family stationed in Okinawa, Japan! A full-time student finishing a degree in Public Health, her dream is to be a labor and delivery nurse. On the weekends you can find her at the beach or exploring Okinawa’s beautiful culture and amazing food!

Shannon Powers

Shannon has many hats. Namely, she is a Child Passenger Safety Technician Instructor, a mom to Max (almost 4) and Freya (20 months), Grovia Advocate, wife, sister, friend. An avid cloth diapering mum who hails from Norwich, England, she is an Air Force BRAT turned wife. Her love of travel was cultivated in her early years. She loves to write, sing, bake, and do anything creative. She is also currently a student at the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!). She wears many hats and stretches herself thin. You will often find her helping others as this fills her with joy. “If you find something is missing from life, it is almost always a biscuit.”

Johnetta Harris

Johnetta is determined to leave her mark on this world. She plans to help ensure the planet and the species on it can be enjoyed by the generations to come. While working on her Masters Degree in Biology/Wildlife Conservation, she teaches her three daughters the importance of getting outside and enjoying nature. When she’s not trying to save the world, she’s pretending to be Martha Stewart, longing for days at the beach, or showing her glowing personality in the local theater scene.
