If you purchased items on GroVia.com:
* If the Order #, or item, you are returning is not showing up in your account when you process a GroVia return, use the Merchandise Return Form.
If you purchased items from a GroVia retailer (or if the item you are returning is not showing up in your account):
The GroVia warranty covers all manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Any product received that does not fall under our warranty and does not have a proof of purchase, will not be reviewed and will be returned immediately. Any claim initiated past the warranty period will be void. To make sure your product still falls under the warranty please contact us at customerservice@grovia.com.
Return shipping costs will only be covered on defective items identified within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, shipping is the customer's responsibility. No exceptions.
