      For items purchased from grovia.com please follow the instructions below.

      1. Enter the email you used to make your GroVia purchase and your order number below.
      2. Follow the Returns process in the steps provided.
      3. You will receive an email notification once complete.

      If you purchased GroVia products from a retailer please fill out a Merchandise Return Form.
